From Liv’s Mom, Emma
On November 6th, 2019 we walked down to the lobby of the hospital without our 8 year old daughter Liv. We had spent the previous 6 weeks living there while she received end of life care. My husband put in our parking ticket and the total was almost $3,000. These are the added financial costs of childhood cancer that is not often thought about.
Our foundation is proud to offer our financial assistance program to qualifying families. If your family lives in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania and is in need of financial assistance, please complete the form on this page. Applications must be completed in full, and will be processed in the order they are received.
